Well this is my second time to use payless, it was not big job but a left turning light bulb has to be replaced. Friendly helpful guys, even he brew up the keurig coffee. It was same day service so I didnt get annoyed by left turn signalling. In Thunder Bay, before I went to many places to change oil etc but I like it here payless. It’s good place to check it out for your car 😺

Upon a recommendation from a friend, in the fall of 2018 I went to Payless Automotive Centre to have a vehicle inspected which I was considering buying at the time. Jason and his staff at Payless did an extremely thorough analysis and told me what would need to be done, how much it would likely cost me, and what I should pay for the vehicle should I choose to buy it. This analysis was done at a fair and reasonable price. I did not purchase that car, but what I did get was a GREAT automotive repair shop where I can bring my vehicle to have all of its mechanical needs taken care of at a fair and reasonable price. Jason, Lucy and the entire staff are extremely professional and friendly, and any work I get done is performed fast and right the first time. No going back a day later to say it hasn't been fixed. Payless Automotive Centre is a hidden gem of a car repair shop tucked behind Memorial Avenue on Fort William Road across from Food Warehouse. It is well worth a visit for your ailing car's needs.
